Finding the Osgoode Ballroom Inside the Hotel

  • Enter through the main lobby at 123 Queen Street West.
  • Use the main escalators located at the center of the lobby to go down to the Lower Concourse level, located two floors down.
  • Look for event signage and for the Osgoode Ballroom.
  • CMHC team members will also be available to assist you with registration and directions upon arrival.
